With Your Supported Living Pty Ltd, local NDIS suport services in the Perth Metropolitan area or Regional Western Australia, the participant gets assistance with both the provision and the coordination of support, under the NDIA/NDIS management of their plan.
As you can see under the 3 types of plan management the LAC & Support Coordinator can be omitted. The NDIS has indicated that the existing Support Coordinator role is to be revised, but YSL recommends the continued use of them, especially the LAC, which is paid for directly by the NDIS, and is generally easier, when used, to communicate to the NDIA.
The Plan Manager, that pays the bills and maintains the budgeting of an existing plan, is very useful and is timesaving, less confusing and is included in the payment plan, but can be omitted if either Self, Plan or NDIS Managed.
We generally recommend that you Plan or Self, Manage, with Your Supported Living being the Provider and Coordinator of Support, with a recommended LAC and Plan Manager.
We can submit your initial, review, or renewal plan budget to NDIS or an LAC.
